Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us within the day the order was placed to assure it is not shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and handed over to our shipping partners.

Returns and Refunds

Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any of our pet food products. Please ensure that you have made an informed purchase as we cannot provide a refund due to:

• Change of mind on the product(s)
• Pet does not take a liking to the product(s)
• Advice from a vet that your pet may be unsuitable for a raw diet

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
