Shipping policy

Shipping

We provide tracked shipping to addresses within Singapore at a flat rate of SGD$5 for orders below SGD$100. 

Complimentary local shipping for orders above SGD$100.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays and public holidays. 

We currently only ship to Malaysia aside from Singapore. Shipping rate is calculated upon check-out.

Please contact us if you have requirements to send our products to other countries.

Orders to international locations are sent out at customers responsibility, kindly check with your country's customs regulations. Grumpy Pets will not be responsible if your package is seized and detained or destroyed at destination. We will not be able to refund your order if it was detained or destroyed by your country's customs. 

Customers are liable for all duties & taxes, (if any.)
